Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of the decade. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born to an athletic family. The father and her siblings played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was a sports fan before including basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete in the 9th place race. In 2015 she maintained her ninth place result. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2000, where she finished 4th position. The "World's strongest mother" was able to take a break in bodybuilding because of health reasons.
